Twenty years, one product line, one obsession: uptime.

Qingdao Senmei Packaging Machinery is a research-driven manufacturer integrating R&D, mechanical design, electrical control, assembly, and export. Senmei engineers design labeling machines, cutting machines, curling and sealing stations, slitting equipment, and complete integrated lines for the global cardboard tube packaging industry.

Today, more than 95% of Senmei production is exported to overseas markets — food brands, fireworks manufacturers, paper can converters, and industrial core producers across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

The 3,000+ m² assembly floor in Jiaozhou runs skilled technical shifts. According to Senmei's published profile, the company has an equipment assembly workshop, an in-house CNC machining workshop, and an excellent R&D team.

What Senmei machines do well.

Across the product line, three engineering strengths keep showing up in customer feedback.

• Sub-millimeter precision. Cutting tolerance below 0.5 mm and labeling offset under 0.3 mm, validated across 200+ installations.
• Recipe-driven changeover. Glue temperature, dwell time, roller pressure, and feed rate are stored per stock and auto-loaded from the HMI.
• Configurable platforms. The same frame can switch from water-glue to hot-glue, from outer to inner curling, with a tooling swap instead of a new machine.
• Food-grade surfaces. CIP-friendly stainless contact parts for snack, tea, coffee, and cosmetic packaging lines.
• CE and ISO 9001 documentation. Every shipment includes a CE declaration of conformity and a test report signed off on the factory floor.
