What the SM500-S integrates.

• Flaring station. Forms the tube flare in-line without a separate machine.
• Outer crimping station. Crimps the outer edge using the same frame as the Senmei outer coiling platform.
• Inner wall brush cleaning station. Cleans the inner wall before sealing, reducing contamination on food-grade tubes.
• Automatic sealing station. Seals the can base or lid in the same cycle, on the same frame.
• Single HMI. One touchscreen controls all four stations — recipe parameters unified across the integrated cycle.
• CE-marked and ISO 9001 factory. Built in Senmei's Jiaozhou factory, certified to CE and ISO 9001.
