Senmei's SM-FZ-B automatic paper slitting rewinding machine slits and rewinds jumbo rolls of kraft paper, label stock, and laminated face stock upstream of paper tube and can production lines. Mechanical-arm roll handling, universal bearings, and frequency-controlled speed deliver clean edges and tight, even rewound rolls.
The SM-FZ-B takes parent rolls up to 1600 mm wide and 1200 mm in diameter and slits them into finished rolls from 35 mm upward, at web speeds of 1–200 m/min. It is engineered for heavyweight stocks such as kraft paper and processes paper weights from 80 to 600 g without re-tooling.
A mechanical arm grips and adjusts the large paper roll, cutting labor requirements at the unwind station. Rewound rolls separate automatically so lanes never tangle, and the slit edges leave the machine smooth and polished — ready to feed directly into the SM1600-Q paper core cutting or SM600-W outer coiling platforms downstream.
